Used Motorola Cop Car Speaker/Mic, kid pedal car ready, or not

Description

This is a Motorola speaker and mic discarded from a cop car or emergency vehicle, I have no history on it, not tested, might still work properly ???. Other than the typical scuffs/scrapes, the only other defect I see is part of the Mic push button is cracked off/missing (see last photo above). My plan when grabbing these parts was to offer them for converting a kid's pedal car/wagon/scooter into a serious make-pretend fun zone, but I guess a grown up with cop car desires could also convert their car into the same fun zone- - -or the pieces may actually work ???
